Accident in West Champaran's Bagaha, bike driver dies from CO's vehicle, angry people vandalized

A bike rider collided with the car of two COs on Thursday evening near Dumwalia of Patkhauli OP. Due to this the youth riding the bike died. After the incident, the agitated people blocked the Bagaha-Bettiah road and vandalized the CO's vehicle. After the accident, the driver of the CO left the vehicle and fled. Deepak Yadav, the 30-year-old son of Subhash Yadav, resident of Ward 11 Naraipur of the city, was going towards Bagaha market on a bike at around 6 pm on Thursday. Meanwhile, the driver of CO Bagaha 2, coming from Bagaha market, got out of control and collided with the bike. Due to this Deepak Yadav suffered a serious injury on his head. Local people were taking him to the sub-divisional hospital for treatment and he died on the way.

Local people unitedly damaged the vehicle

After the incident, the local people became furious and blocked NH 727 demanding the arrival of administrative officials. During this, the agitated protesters also damaged the CO's vehicle. After the information, Patkhauli OP police reached the spot. Attempts are being made to extinguish the protest by blocking the road, but people are adamant about the demand of the administrative officers come. Please inform that the CO of Bagaha 2 has been transferred. No one has been appointed in his place yet. The driver was bringing the car alone. Patchouli OP in-charge Lalbabu Prasad Yadav said that the accident-hit vehicle has been taken into custody.
