Patna High Court has decided to buy iPhone 13 Pro 256 GB for all its judges. Recently tender has been issued for their supply. It has many terms and conditions for suppliers and dealers.


Patna High Court has sought the price and other details including GST and service charge on this hi-tech and high-security phone from the companies and dealers willing to supply the iPhone. The court has also sought information such as GST number, PAN number, Aadhar card, and registered mobile number from the suppliers and dealers.

This purchase will be done from those companies or dealers whose headquarters will be in Patna. The tender conditions also state that no advance payment shall be made before the supply of the iPhone. The payment for the purchase will be made through the bank after receipt of the bill. The company, firm, or supplier will be responsible for the supply and maintenance of the iPhone as well. Also, if the mobile is defective, it will have to be replaced free of cost during the warranty period.
This tender of Patna High Court has been issued at a time when Apple is preparing to bring its iPhone 14 series phones. The iPhone 14 can happen by September this year.

In other villages including Dahipora, Pirganj, Daniya, Khutahara, Nemua, Pipra, Karahabari, the harvesting continues at a fast pace by the Bakra river. While some part of Daniya village is in the grip of the river. On the other hand, the houses of Budhan Mandal, Laxmi Mandal, and Santosh Mandal in Pararia village of Kauakoh Panchayat have been cut off and merged with the river. The old embankment of Ghoda Chowk, Sighia, and Bansbari has been leveled in the fast current of the river by the Nuna river flowing in the eastern part of the Sikti block area, due to which the fast current of the river is cutting further towards the village. There are three feet of water on the roads of villages like Bansbari, Ghorachowk, Aulabari, Baguladangi, etc. Most of the kutcha houses have collapsed in the flow of water. The flow of water is fast on the main road near the house of former chief Mo Tahir. The road has been cut at many places at Ghorachowk. The flow is so strong that most of the rural road is in its JD and the cutting is going on. Somehow the villagers are compelled to go shopping by getting into the water to buy essential items. Once again the picture of flood tragedy has come to the fore. Due to the flow of water in this new stream of Nuna, water has entered more than a dozen villages and localities including Salgodi, Kachana, Ansari Tola, and Aulabari.
