During the medical examination, the doctors found that she was six months pregnant. In this case, Jagarnathpur police station in-charge has not followed the order of the court. For this reason a show cause notice has been issued to him. SSP Ranchi has been directed that action should be taken against the in-charge of the station for non-compliance of the order of the court. The court is constantly making efforts to ensure the presence of prosecution witnesses. But the police is not cooperating in this matter.

The victim was freed from the imprisonment of accused Munna Kumar on 6 August 2019. Seeing the opportunity, she fled from there and reached Jagarnathpur police station asking people. Where he narrated his ordeal to the police. Accused Munna Kumar is in jail continuously since 7 August 2019 for raping a minor. The Jharkhand High Court has refused to grant him bail. The High Court, while hearing the bail application, ordered the execution of the case in six months.
