Earlier, Rajesh Dubey of Jamui has also become the assistant coach in the Bihar Under-19 team of the men's category for the third time. On the basis of his ability, he passed the Level-A examination conducted by the BCCI in 2018. Later he qualified for Level B and also appeared for it in August 2022 at NCA Camp, Bangalore. She was made the assistant coach of the senior women's team for the first time in the 2020-2021 season. After that, in the session 2021 -2022 and in the session 2022-2023, the assistant coach of the men's section Bihar Under-19 was made. Similarly, female player Jyoti also became a part of the senior women's team in these three seasons. Actually, she is a student of BHU Banaras.
At the same time, he learned the tricks of cricket from coach Faisal, Heman Bhai, and Upendra Yadav at Ramnarayan Ground. After coming to Patna, Darbhanga coach Zeeshan Vasi made his game better.
