CBI arrested the accused of biggest scam in Bihar, administrative officer spilled many secrets

Retired ADM Krishna Kumar, the accused named in the famous Srijan scam of Bihar Bhagalpur, was arrested by a four-member CBI team from Delhi on Wednesday from his ancestral residence Tuniyahi. The arrested Krishna Kumar was taken from the court to Patna on the transit team. Presently Director of Digrasia School in Madhepura. According to the information received, Krishna Kumar, while working as District Land Acquisition Officer in Saharsa, had shifted the government money out of the rules to the account of Srijan Mahila Vikas Sahayog Samiti of Bhagalpur. After Krishna Kumar's name cropped up in the Srijan scam, the government ordered a departmental inquiry by suspending him and framing charges against him.
After the investigation conducted by the department found all the allegations against Krishna Kumar to be true, the government dismissed him from service on the day of his retirement in 2019. In the investigation of the CBI probing the scam, the allegations against Bihar Administrative Service officer Krishna Kumar were found to be true. Since then Krishna Kumar was on the CBI radar. Finally, on the day of Vijayadashami, the CBI team arrested retired officer Krishna Kumar, accused of the Madhepura access creation scam, from his ancestral residence Tuniyahi and took it with him. It is said that during the interrogation, he uncovered many important secrets. The other accused are also being interrogated.
