Find land for garbage house in panchayats and buy dustbin soon

Under Lohia Swachh Bihar Abhiyan II, 30 gram panchayats of the district have been selected under the government's seven determination part two. Where work has to be done on solid and liquid waste management at the village level by changing the behavior of the community through information, education and communication. For this, an amount of nine crores has also been made available to the identified panchayats several months ago, but till now the progress of work in the district is negligible. Work will be done on cleanliness in every village of Panchayat
DRDA director Rakesh Ranjan directed the chiefs and panchayat secretaries of the selected gram panchayats to start the work without delay. He directed the representatives and secretaries of all the gram panchayats to obtain NOC after searching the land for the garbage house. Along with this, under the scheme, plastic dustbin, e-rickshaw, foot rickshaw etc. were asked to be procured without delay. It was told in the meeting that dustbins are to be purchased with the amount of 15th Finance Commission. While the garbage house will be constructed from MNREGA. On this, the head of many gram panchayats told the DRDA director that the work already done by MNREGA is not paid on time. In such a situation, it would not be right to construct a garbage house from MNREGA. ,
Instructions for construction of community toilets
In the meeting, DRDA Director informed that funds for construction of 25 community toilets are lying in the district. He asked the head of the village panchayat that the panchayats where toilets are to be constructed, they should immediately provide the list. He directed that if the head of the village panchayat is not interested in the construction of public toilets, then the BDO of the concerned block will be made an executive agency and the construction work will be done. In the meeting, he directed all the Panchayat Secretaries and Mukhiyas to ensure transparency in the restoration of sanitation workers at the ward and panchayat level for successful implementation of the scheme. Do not recruit someone without experience anywhere.
