According to the information, Ajay Kumar Rajak was caught stealing a cycle from a coaching institute in Samraspur under the Mahnar police station area. The coaching operator has lodged an FIR against the youth in the police station. The police had brought the corona to Hajipur Sadar Hospital for investigation. During the investigation, the accused escaped by sliding the rope of his handcuffs from his hand. After this, there was chaos here. To catch the accused, constables Basant Kumar, and Arun Kumar, posted in Sadar Hospital, ran. The accused left the Sadar Hospital and started running towards the Women's College via Hospital Road. Running away, the accused entered a house near the women's college by dodging the police. The police arrested the accused from the house. In connection with the incident, the watchman of the Mahnar police station said that the accused had escaped from the Sadar Hospital, which has been taken into custody near the Women's College.
It is known that two watchmen had brought the accused to the Sadar Hospital for corona examination. Due to the carelessness of the watchmen, the accused absconded. Which was chased and caught by two soldiers posted in Sadar Hospital. Nearby people told that if the constable working in Sadar Hospital had not run, then perhaps the accused would have come out of the police custody.
