According to the report released by the Police Headquarters, Patna district is ahead in both liquor seizure and arrest. Patna, Vaishali and Saran are in the first three places respectively in the liquor baradmi. At the same time, the place of Patna, Saran and Muzaffarpur districts comes respectively in the case of arrest.
