The expanded meeting of the newly formed committee of Baba Ganinath Sevashram Palvaiya Hasanpur Kidney Mahnar was held on the temple premises. It was jointly presided over by Sevashram President, Legislative Councilor Radha Charan Sah alias Sethji and conducted jointly by Jawahar Sah and Ramanand Gupta. While entering the subject of the meeting, Secretary, Service Shram, Jagdish Sah gave a brief introduction to the history of Sevashram. In his address, the MLC said that this temple is visited by devotees not only from every corner of India but also from outside the country like Nepal, Bangladesh, etc. This year the annual jubilee and fair are to be held on 20 August, whose inauguration is sure on 19 August. To participate in this program, the consent of Deputy Chief Minister, Tourism Minister, Union Minister and local MP Pashupati Kumar Paras, Law and Sugarcane Industries Minister Pramod Kumar, and many others have been obtained.

He said that Chief Minister will also invite Nitish Kumar to come to meet him. After the Jayanti celebrations, the temple construction work will be completed expeditiously. All the donors for the construction of the temple will also be invited with the invitation letter to come to the birth anniversary, those who are unable to come, Prasad will be sent by post.

Taking many important decisions in the meeting, all the already functioning sub-committees were canceled with immediate effect, and committees for fair management committee, security committee, the committee for stage arrangement, reception committee, accommodation for visitors and food, etc. were announced. Application is also being made for deputation of CCTV cameras and adequate female and male constable force and magistrate in the fair. The Chairman especially called upon the local youth to cooperate in the system. The meeting was mainly attended by Sitaram Sah, Dr. Amarnath Gupta, Ajit Kumar Gupta, Jitendra Kumar JP, Ramanand Gupta, Vinod Kumar Gupta, Satyendra Prasad, Nageshwar Prasad Gupta, Parasnath Gupta, Jawahar Sah, Neelam Devi, Chandramohan Gupta, Shyam Anand, Vishwanath Sah, Ajit Kumar Gabbar, Mithilesh Kumar Nirala, Akhilesh Kumar, Anuj Kumar, Kaushal Kishore Sah, Rajesh Roshan, Kavi Bhartiya, Saroj Kumar Gupta, Vinod Kumar Gupta, Umesh Sah, Ranjit Kumar Gupta, Brajesh Kumar Gupta, Raj Mangal Sah, etc. Expressing his thoughts, he resolved to make the birth anniversary a memorable one.
