Government money will be recovered from the rape victim if she reverses her statement under the POCSO Act. Case was filed against the victim and her family members. In which the details of the victim and her guardian in this case have been summoned by the court from the Circle Officer. It has been directed to recover an amount of ten lakh 50 thousand from the victim and to attach the property if she is not paid.
It is worth mentioning that the special case number 90-19 is related to Rupauli police station case number 32-19. Additional District and Sessions Judge cum POCSO Special Judge Saptam Prashant Kumar Jha ordered to prosecute the victim in January 22.
