Minor rape victim of Purnia overturned by statement, recovery of 10 lakh 50 thousand will be done

Government money will be recovered from the rape victim if she reverses her statement under the POCSO Act. Case was filed against the victim and her family members. In which the details of the victim and her guardian in this case have been summoned by the court from the Circle Officer. It has been directed to recover an amount of ten lakh 50 thousand from the victim and to attach the property if she is not paid.
It is worth mentioning that the special case number 90-19 is related to Rupauli police station case number 32-19. Additional District and Sessions Judge cum POCSO Special Judge Saptam Prashant Kumar Jha ordered to prosecute the victim in January 22. On March 13, 2019, the victim, who was a 15-year-old girl's mother, had lodged a report with the police station. A case of kidnapping with the intention of marriage was registered. Sections 363, 366 and 376 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code were registered on this. After the completion of investigation in the case by the police, in addition to the said section, the charge sheet has been filed in the court by adding section four of the POCSO Act.

Sons, Sarsi (Purnia): Sarsi Police on Friday arrested a wanted accused in the old pending case and sent to judicial custody. The arrested person Sajjavul is a resident of Refugee Tola of Sarsi Panchayat. Its arrest was made by the police as part of a special raid operation.
