NITI Aayog praised the Bihar government, said - it met many standards, gave advice on this issue

The NITI Aayog, which is facing allegations of discrimination in evaluating the achievements of Bihar, has praised the better measures taken to protect against Corona. The commission has acknowledged that the state government was successful in covid 19 management on many parameters. In the November report of the commission, it has been said that the state took all such measures, which succeeded in preventing this epidemic. It was said that a family atmosphere was created for the patients at the centers set up for treatment. Such a strategy was devised so that effective treatment could be done without putting additional burden on the health system.

The state government formed many small teams

It has been said in the report that a main team was formed for the treatment of corona. Several small teams were formed. Arrangements were made for containment, isolation, medicine, training and coordination between all this. As soon as the infection was proved, treatment was started immediately by keeping the affected person in isolation. The state government tried to identify the patients in the first phase itself. Necessary facilities were provided to the patients kept in home isolation. The medical team was in regular touch with him.

Special attention to critical patients

NITI Aayog noted that the special medical team was ready to provide necessary facilities to the critical patients. Control rooms were set up at the state and district level. The doctors of the primary health centers were asked to regularly examine the patients. If someone's health deteriorated, he was sent to big hospitals through ambulance. In the second wave of Kovid, an average of one hundred to two hundred patients were sent to higher medical institutions by ambulance every day.

Asha's role was also important

NITI Aayog has also discussed the role of women workers associated with ASHA in Kovid management. Said that the state government in April fixed the protocol for prevention of second wave. The workers associated with ASHA were engaged in getting that protocol to be followed. She reached the affected people with the medicine insect. However, the commission has also mentioned in the report that the necessary equipment like pulse oximeter or thermometer was not provided in the medical kit. The app was created to look after the patients living in home isolation. It was used in the first five districts. Then it was expanded to the whole state.

Improvement needed with praise

The commission praised the state for the treatment of patients living in home isolation, but also blamed the government for not collecting accurate figures of deaths during this period. Said that in such cases there should be technology of this level, which can collect accurate figures of deaths.

Asaduddin's MLA refuses to sing the national anthem in Bihar, BJP said - Will see in the assembly

Asaduddin Owaisi's All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) MLA refused to sing the national anthem Vande Mataram at the conclusion of the winter session of the Bihar Legislative Assembly. The session was started this time with the national anthem. When the national anthem was sung at the end of Friday, MLA Akhtarul Iman opposed it. In the matter, BJP MLA Hari Bhushan Thakur Bachaul has said that the act of MLA comes under the category of sedition. The Speaker of the Assembly should take action against the AIMIM MLA. Bachaul said that whenever the session goes on, the MLA will not be allowed to stay in the assembly.

Talking to the media on this issue, AIMIM MLA Akhtarul Iman said that the tradition of singing the national anthem 'Vande Mataram' is being imposed in the Bihar Legislative Assembly. It is not fun for anyone to force me to sing. I have a problem with the song 'Vande Mataram'. He said that one who does not sing the national anthem is not a traitor. The MLA said that nowhere in the constitution it is written that it is necessary to sing the national anthem. It is not right to look at all sections of the country with one eye. Akhtarul said that I neither sing Vande Mataram nor will I sing.

Such people want to divide India: BJP

BJP attacked Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi for not singing the national anthem. BJP MLA Hari Bhushan Thakur Bachaul said that these people eat here but will not sing songs. Such people who grow up from other parts of India, who drink water from the rivers here, are of jihadi mentality. Bachaul said that these people of Islamic mindset want to divide India. The BJP MLA said that the Speaker should take action on Akhtarul Iman. He said the BJP would not allow him to stay in the campus whenever the assembly session would go on.
