According to the information received so far, many opposition leaders including NCP chief Sharad Pawar, Bihar Chief Minister, and Janata Dal-United leader Nitish Kumar, Shiv Sena's Uddhav Thackeray, and DMK's MK Kanimozhi will attend. Apart from this, many leaders have also given their consent to participate in this rally. These leaders will also include Rashtriya Janata Dal leader Bihar's Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav, National Conference president Farooq Abdullah, CPIM's Sitaram Yechury, and BJP's Birender Singh. According to the information, the leader of the National Democratic Party and Lok Sabha member Hanuman Beniwal will also attend this rally.

This rally is being organized by INLD on the birth anniversary of former Deputy Prime Minister and party founder Devi Lal. The rally is being described as a platform for opposition unity ahead of the 2024 elections. The opposition will try to show its strength from Fatehabad in Haryana. JD(U) leader KC Tyagi has said that it will be a historic rally that will show the solidarity of like-minded parties against the ruling BJP in the Lok Sabha elections. Invitations have also been sent to many other leaders like Mamata Banerjee, K Chandrashekhar Rao, and Chandrababu Naidu on behalf of Om Prakash Chautala to attend this rally. However, the involvement of these leaders has not been confirmed so far.
