Samastipur: Fake IPS arrested for sexually exploiting woman on the pretext of marriage

Samastipur: In Bihar, Samastipur district police raided a hideout in Samastipur city and arrested a fake Indian Administrative Service (IPS) officer for sexually assaulting a woman.

Deputy Superintendent of Police (Sadar) Shahban Habib Fakhri said on Tuesday that the arrested Aman Parashar alias Avinash Mishra, posing as an IPS officer, sexually assaulted a Samastipur woman on the pretext of marriage. In this regard, an FIR was registered against the accused in the city police station on the application of the woman. After this a special raiding team was formed.

Fakhri said that the special team raided a hideout in the Nagar police station area and arrested the accused youth, Avinash Mishra alias Aman Parashar. Fake IPS uniform, a revolver, laptop and other incriminating items including several live bullets have been recovered from the arrested person. Arrested Avinash Mishra is a resident of Pataur village in Darbhanga district and has been jailed in the past for duping people by becoming a fake police officer.

 If someone's electricity bill comes less than one thousand rupees every month and he gets a bill of about eight lakhs, then there is bound to be a shock. Something similar happened with Sanjay Kumar, a resident of the capital's Punaichak State Bank, when he got an electricity bill of Rs 7.94 lakh on Thursday. They were baffled. Argued with the  employee who came for meter reading . If he did not agree, leaving all the work, Nutan reached the capital supply division. Filed a complaint. After the improvement in the electricity bill, it came down to Rs 2983. There was no faith even earlier, it was not expected that it would improve so much. 

Got relief after the improvement in electricity bill

Sanjay Kumar told that this is the electricity bill for three months. On an average, the bill comes between Rs 700 to 800 per month. Sanjay told that he got upset on seeing the bill. The meter reader started telling that the bill has been generated on the basis of load in the system. After the improvement in the electricity bill, there was relief. Even before this, once his electricity bill came in the same way.

Sanjay said that I was sure that some technical fault must have happened, due to which the bill is showing so much. He told that earlier the electricity bill was less than one thousand rupees a month. How could there be a bill of lakhs all of a sudden? Sanjay said that after the reading, when the employee told about the bill being 7.94 lakh, I was shocked. There was also a doubt in my mind that there was some mistake in my mind. For now, there is relief. Let us tell you that there are many problems related to electricity bill for other consumers of Patna as well. Complaints are made in the department about this on a daily basis.
