The young man got down in the water to save the girls
According to the villagers, Munna had come to visit his in-laws' house, Boailal Yadav, a resident of Badiya, to visit the Durga Mela. At the time of the incident, he saw the two girls drowning in Berar chaur, located some distance from the village. He jumped into the water to save her. Like the girls, she also did not know how to swim and had no idea of getting too deep. In order to save the girls, he went into deep water. Thus all three drowned. The news of the incident created a ruckus in the village. People rushed towards the spot informing the police about the incident. The body was pulled out after the efforts of the villagers. The mournful silence has spread in the village due to three deaths simultaneously. Both the children seemed to be Munna's sister-in-law in the relationship. MLA Suryakant Paswan, JIP member Ghanshyam Rai, CO Shivendra Kumar, deputy chief husband, and social worker Balram Singh Kushwaha also reached the spot. The MLA talked to Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and the secretariat from the spot itself and talked about getting compensation immediately to the families of the victims.
