The farmers of Bihar, who are preparing for the sowing of Rabi crop, are very upset. They are not getting manure to put in the field. The supply of fertilizers has not been made in the state as per the requirement. As a result, there is a queue at the fertilizer shops for a day already. On the other hand, Agriculture Minister of Bihar Government Amarendra Pratap Singh had claimed in the House that there is no shortage of fertilizers in the state. On this, the National Vice President of RJD, Shivanand Tiwari has surrounded the Bihar government and the central government. He said that the Agriculture Minister of Bihar is singing the song of Khurpi in the marriage of Hansua.
RJD has raised the issue of shortage of DAP fertilizer in Bihar. RJD's National Vice President Shivanand Tiwari has advised the state government to immediately talk to the Center and find a solution to this problem. He said that farmers are restless for DAP in Bihar. Paddy has been harvested. Farmers have prepared the field for Rabi, but the problem of sowing is coming.
Shivanand Tiwari said that the DAP required for Rabi sowing is not available in the market. The finished fields are now crumbling. Fertilizer is not available in the shops. Everywhere there was uproar. Apart from wheat, potato is also produced on a large scale in Bihar. The Chief Minister's district Nalanda is known throughout the country for the production of potatoes. Two times more DAP fertilizer is required for potato cultivation than wheat.
The RJD leader said that the minister is saying that there is no shortage of manure. Urea is available. DAP is required for Rabi sowing. The song of Khurpi is being sung at Hansua's wedding. A 50 kg bag of DAP which is available for 13 hundred rupees is being available in black for 17-18 hundred rupees.
