1.12,000 people subscribed to the Bharti Hexacom IPO

On the second day of bidding on Thursday, Bharti Hexacom’s initial public offering (IPO) got 1.12 times subscription. This is the fiscal year 2024–2025’s first public offering.

According to NSE statistics, bids were received for 4,62,41,546 shares in the first share sale of Bharti Hexacom, whereas 4,12,50,000 shares were offered. The non-institutional investor category had 1.71 times as many subscriptions as the retail individual investor (RII) part (1.15 times) and the qualified institutional buyer (QIB) quota (82%).

The Bharti Airtel division said on Tuesday that it had received Rs 1,924 crore from anchor investors. The price range for each share had been set by the business at Rs 542-570. With no new issue component, the Rs 4,275 crore IPO is solely an offer of sale (OFS) of 7.5 crore equity shares, signifying a 15% interest by Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd.
