FarmersFZ is one of the 12 agri-food companies that the UN organisation has identified for commercial development.

The Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM), which has its headquarters in Kochi, operates a multichannel marketplace platform, which is one of the two firms in India to be accepted into the accelerator programme. The UN Sustainable Development Goals are its ultimate goal.

The Kerala government’s primary agency for entrepreneurship development and incubation initiatives is known as KSUM.

P.S. Pradeep, CEO of AgriTech D2C, will attend the UN event in Rome next month.

He said that the UN scheme will let FarmersFZ offer its concept to nations on other continents.

“Depending on the characteristics of the markets in each economy, the model would need to be modified. We need money for it, and the Accelerator will provide it, added Pradeep.

More than three lakh customers and more than 2,000 farmers in Kerala are connected by FarmersFZ, a platform that bridges the divide between rural farmers and urban consumers by bringing nutritious, premium-quality, and pesticide-free veggies from the fields to the table within 24 hours after harvest.
