At CES 2024, the Amazfit Helio Ring with 10ATM Water Resistance and EDA Emotional Monitoring was unveiled

During the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2024 in Las Vegas, the Amazfit Helio Ring was unveiled. It is claimed that integrated data with Amazfit wearables and the Zepp App is available with the Zepp Health smart ring. It will probably face competition from products like Boat Smart Ring and Noise Luna Ring. The Amazfit Helio Ring will be on sale later this year, the manufacturer has stated. Notably, it has already been reported that major manufacturers like Apple and Samsung are developing their own smart ring models, which should be released in the near future.

At CES 2024, Zepp Health unveiled the Amazfit Helio Ring. It has been verified that it will go on sale in the early spring of 2024. The smart ring’s design has been made public by the business, but many of its technical details are still under wraps. According to the official website, the ring may be worn in conjunction with an Amazfit wristwatch, and the Zepp App will merge the data from both wearables.

The information on the fact sheet included in the CES press pack confirms that the Amazfit Helio Ring has 10 ATM water resistance. It’s said to help athletes train and fully recuperate from breaks or injuries. Its titanium alloy construction promises strength and portability. There are two sizes available for the ring: the size 10 weighs 3.8g, while the size 12 weighs 4g.

Users of the Amazfit Helio Ring claim to be able to track blood oxygen saturation level, body temperature, breathing patterns, heart rate variability, and sleeping heart rate using the Zepp App. It’s also claimed that the ring tracks sleep. Additionally, it has Electrodermal Activity (EDA) sensors, which are supposed to monitor physical manifestations of emotional stress, such as perspiration, in order to provide a reading on the mental well-being of the user.

Steps and calorie tracking are also possible with the Amazfit Helio Ring, just as with the majority of fitness trackers. Notably, GPS connection is not supported. By “tracking the time it takes for the heart rate to return to normal in three minutes after exercise,” the ring claims to provide a readout of the user’s cardiovascular health. Internal testing indicates that the ring has a battery life of up to five days, despite the fact that the business has not certified the battery capacity.
