Clear Images Inside of the Skoda Compact SUV Seen Testing Again Before Launch in 2025

With its next vehicle, which has not yet been given a name but is generating excitement thanks to fresh spy photos, Skoda is gearing up to put up a fierce battle in the small SUV market.

This little SUV, which is anticipated to go on sale in March 2025, will be Skoda’s entry-level vehicle in India.

Recent spy photos seen during testing show minor but important design adjustments. Skoda’s newest design trends are followed by the small SUV, which tries to create its own personality with a slightly shorter rear door and reshaped sheet metal. In addition to making it more aesthetically pleasing, the shortened front and rear overhangs help it fit the regulations by placing it strategically below the sub-four-meter threshold.

One of the main characteristics of this small SUV, according to Autocar, is its reduced wheelbase, which is 2566 mm. Although it should make driving in cities simpler, this modification may have an impact on cabin space. It will be driven by a 1.0-liter turbo-petrol engine with 115 horsepower that is taken from previous Skoda cars.

Skoda promises an interior that is crammed with features, with improvements over its existing models, such as the Kushaq and Slavia, anticipated. It is anticipated to include Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and a 360-degree camera, though exact details are yet unknown.

The 1.0-liter, three-cylinder turbo-petrol engine will be paired to a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox or a 6-speed manual transmission under the hood.

The small SUV, which ranges in price from Rs. 9 lakhs to Rs. 14 lakhs (ex-showroom), will face off against fierce rivals like the Mahindra XUV 3XO, Hyundai Venue, Maruti Brezza, Kia Sonet, and Tata Nexon.
