Good News For Noida Residents Purchasing a New Home: Sunday Registry Camps Will Be Installed Starting in March 2024

News from Noida: Those hoping to purchase brand-new apartments in Noida and the surrounding areas have some excellent news to share. The ease of registering their apartments on Sundays beginning in March will soon be available to these house purchasers. For this reason, the registration department has already begun making arrangements.

Registration Department Looks Up Project Information
On this, the registration department has asked the authorities of Noida and Greater Noida for the most recent information on the projects for which builders have consented to pay the authorities 25 percent of their unpaid invoices.

It should be noted that the relevant authorities have given authorization for registration. The registration department will publish its timetable for facilitating registration after receiving the data from the authorities, and it will be carried out by setting up camps on Sundays in March.

Modifications Made to Address Builder-Buyer Concerns
Notably, changes have been made recently to address builder-buyer conflicts, and builders are receiving advantages such as an interest waiver during the two-year COVID-19 term, among other things. However, the advantages won’t be available until the builder is willing to pay the full 25 percent that the authorities want.

It has been agreed upon by around forty builders of projects in Noida and Greater Noida to settle their 25% obligation with both agencies. Furthermore, in order to find out how many builders have submitted the funds and how many have received NOCs for registration, the UP registration department has sought data from both agencies.

Extended Deadline for 44 Industrial Plot Allotment
In a related move, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has extended the deadline for its plan to allocate 44 industrial plots until February 27. Through this initiative, the GNIDA hopes to generate an additional Rs 5,000 crore in income. Interestingly, the GNIDA estimates that 10,000 jobs will be created by the land allotted to companies.

These industrial plots in Noida and Greater Noida span an extent of 135 square meters to 20,354 square meters and are arranged in six sectors.

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) launched the Industrial Scheme with a registration closing date of February 19, but Saumya Srivastava, the officer on special duty (industries) for GNIDA, informed Money Control that the registration closing date has now been extended to February 27 (Tuesday). She said that the other terms and conditions of the plan are still in place.

Greater Noida has become a magnet for industrial investment, according to GNIDA CEO N. G. Ravi Kumar, who made this announcement during the scheme’s opening. He went on to say that the plan was started in response to the growing need and demand from businesses, and that plots would be distributed within the allotted period.
