HCG announces a significant expansion with the opening of two more cutting-edge comprehensive cancer care centers in Bengaluru

May 17, Bengaluru (Karnataka), India: In Whitefield and North Bengaluru, Healthcare Global Enterprises Limited (HCG) has opened two brand-new, cutting-edge comprehensive cancer care facilities, extending its presence in the city. With this calculated move, the most comprehensive cancer care network in India intends to rank these two densely populated areas of the city as its third and fourth hospital network locations in Bengaluru, offering advanced and specialized cancer treatment. Early in 2025, the two strategically positioned centers will open for business.

Under one roof, both clinics will provide the full range of cancer care, from highly precise diagnosis to individualized treatment strategies. A total of 125 beds will be available at the integrated and holistic cancer treatment center in Whitefield and North Bengaluru. Similar in proximity to the HCG’s flagship Center of Excellence at KR Road and Double Road, which has 300 beds overall, the two new additions to the network of cancer care facilities in the city share this advantage. HCG operates three childcare facilities in the residential areas of Kalyan Nagar, Malleshwaram, and Banashankari, in addition to these four contemporary centers. In order to shorten travel times and provide easy access to cancer care for patients requiring chemotherapeutic treatments, HCG intends to open two new day care centers inside the municipal network. HCG is set to transform radiation treatment in the state with the installation of the MR LINAC radiation equipment in its North Bangalore location. This cutting-edge technique combines linear accelerator (LINAC) with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to enhance therapeutic results, lessen side effects, and shorten treatment times.

“As Bengaluru develops into a metropolis, HCG remains outcome-focused on its mission to bring world-class cancer care closer to a wider population,” said Dr. B S Ajaikumar, Executive Chairman of Healthcare Global Enterprises Limited. To ensure that everyone has access to high-quality cancer treatment, our goal is to sustainably expand our network to include our new advanced centers in Whitefield and North Bengaluru. Given that Bengaluru is HCG’s hometown, this expansion demonstrates both our enduring ties to the area and our dedication to improving the healthcare system for the sake of the people.”

“There exists significant potential for growth and consolidation in a sector marked by fragmentation and a gap between supply and demand,” said Raj Gore, CEO of HealthCare Global Enterprises Ltd. Our goal is to serve more patients in and around Bengaluru with HCG’s comprehensive and high-quality cancer treatment services. As a premier healthcare organization committed to quality, we are steadfast in our resolve to make investments in state-of-the-art facilities, cutting-edge medical procedures, and innovative technologies.”

HCG has reaffirmed its status as the area’s top provider of cancer care. The current network of HCG includes seven-day care facilities, twenty-one comprehensive cancer centers, and twenty-four hospitals spread across India and Africa.
