The advanced research center that IFGL Refractories, a city-based refractory manufacturer, has stated it would be establishing in Kalunga, Odisha.
The cutting-edge facility will provide a top-notch capacity to finish basic research along with metal melting equipment to permit confirmation of material, steel, and slag interface responses, according to James McIntosh, managing director of IFGL Refractories.
“At IFGL, we believe that developing, compiling, benchmarking, and creating our own tangible intellectual property is essential to our company’s future expansion. Basic research would get priority at this research center, he said in a statement on Friday.
Additionally, he said that the company’s primary goal would be to create goods and procedures that support corporate expansion by using environmentally friendly material programs.
IFGL, the principal enterprise of the SK Bajoria group, comprises production plants positioned throughout Asia, Europe, and North America.
By the conclusion of the current fiscal year’s second quarter, the firm had earned Rs 460 crore in sales and Rs 38 crore in net profit.
