India Has Halted Bookings For The All-New Toyota Land Cruiser LC300; Here’s Why

Following its December 2022 launch on the Indian market, the Toyota Land Cruiser LC 300 has left a lasting impression.

Enthusiasts have been enthralled by the striking look and outstanding performance. Rising to the top of the nation’s elite car rankings, this SUV from Toyota has swiftly gained popularity.

The Land Cruiser LC 300 has drawn attention both locally and internationally amidst the changing face of the Indian automobile sector. Surprisingly, the demand for SUVs has increased to the point that waiting times are allegedly up to three years in certain foreign marketplaces.

The premium SUV, which was priced at almost Rs 2 crore (ex-showroom), created a big splash when it entered the Indian market, with dealers demanding a hefty Rs. 10 lakh down payment. But a recent announcement by Toyota that it would be temporarily suspending new reservations for the Land Cruiser in India has sparked a stir within the car fraternity. There is an incredible demand for the SUV, according to reports, which is why this surprising choice was made.

Although it’s still unknown when reservations will open again, the manufacturer has promised car aficionados that a formal announcement about the resumption date would be issued shortly.

At the Auto Expo 2023, the Toyota Land Cruiser made an incredible impression. The event’s audience was astounded by its sophisticated features and sturdy appearance.
