The new Jimny could debut as a lifestyle SUV in April-June next year. The new model will be based on a ladder-on-frame chassis. The 5-door Jimny is expected to make its global debut at the 2023 Auto Expo in January. It will be less than 4 meters in length and will be much cheaper than the Mahindra Thar 3-door. Talking about the engine, it will have a 1.5-liter 4-cylinder, K15C mild-hybrid petrol engine. This engine generates 102bhp and 138Nm of torque.
