Migsun Group is to spend Rs 500 crore and create four mixed-use commercial complexes on the Yamuna Expressway

The Migsun Group, a real estate developer, intends to spend Rs 500 crore in four commercial mixed-use developments. The projects, which total more than two million square feet, have been approved by RERA. One of the four projects is in Greater Noida, while the other three are along the Yamuna Expressway.

The four projects, which are expected to be finished in 2028, will be financed by both consumer advances and the company’s own resources.

These plots are the best placed in terms of strategy. A high net worth catchment finds the place appealing since it is seeing a remarkable upswing and the future Jewar Airport is expected to spark a new age of growth. In addition to reviving the neighborhood, the initiatives are part of our commitment to providing the greatest international experiences to the Noida Expressway region, according to Yash Miglani, MD of Migsun Group.

The project names, according to the business, are meant to make them easily remembered. The ones along the Yamuna Expressway are known as “Migsun Nehru Place 1,” “Migsun Nehru Place 2,” and “Migsun Nehru Place 3,” while the one in Greater Noida is known as “Migsun Central Market.”

With more than 40 completed projects under its belt, the Migsun Group has made a name for itself in the NCR real estate market. Migsun Lucknow Central, a mixed-use project, was just introduced in Lucknow.

The Migsun Group asserts that it is committed to changing the real estate market and going above and beyond for its clients, as seen by its impressive portfolio of finished projects and robust pipeline of upcoming projects.
