After two years, Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez finalize their divorce

Ariana Grande, a singer-songwriter, and Dalton Gomez have reached a divorce agreement. The ‘Thank You, Next’ singer will give Dalton $1,250,000 as part of their prenuptial agreement.

According to People magazine, since his tax-free payout would be given immediately rather than over time, the luxury real estate agent won’t be entitled to spousal support. According to the terms of their agreement, TMZ says that in addition to the pop singer paying up to $25,000 of his legal costs, Dalton would also get half of the net revenues from the sale of their former Los Angeles house. In May 2021, Grande, 30, and Gomez, 28, were married.

According to TMZ, the settlement has apparently been submitted and is awaiting the judge’s approval. In September, Grande filed for divorce in the County of Los Angeles.

Source: “They’ve been really caring and respectful of one another through every step of this process,” People said in September, after Grande’s divorce filing. The source referred to the breakup as “kind and patient,” adding that Grande and Gomez have “moved on.”

Grande and Gomez reportedly started dating in February 2020, amid the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown, according to People. They declared their engagement in December of the same year.

In the music video for their duet, “Stuck with U,” with Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande enlisted the help of her recently engaged man as the disease spread. In the short, which also included footage of fans, Gomez made a brief appearance. In a private ceremony, Grande and Gomez exchanged vows at their Montecito, California, home.

Less than 20 people attended, according to her spokesperson, who spoke to People. “The space was so joyful and kind. The couple and their families are overjoyed.
