Ajay Bhupathi’s ‘RX100’ director promises a gritty, rustic action thriller in “Mangalavaaram” with Payal Rajput

Ajay Bhupathi, well known for the cult classic “RX100,” is now filming the immensely interesting movie “Mangalavara.” On July 18, the Hindi teaser for the gritty, rural village action movie was unveiled, and it quickly received a resoundingly positive reaction from everyone.

With stunning graphics and exciting background music, the teaser revealed terror in the eyes of a few peasants as it states in the teaser’s title, “Fear In Eyes.” Ajay seems to offer a genre film in Indian cinema that has never been seen before, supporting his own claims regarding the material. The accompanying music, composed by Ajaneesh Loknath of “Kantara” fame, gave the very raw and dramatic clips an unsettling spirit.

In addition to Payal Rajput, the preview included Shravan Reddy, Chaitanya Krishna, Nandita Swetha, Ajay Ghosh, Laxman, and several more actors who will play important parts in the movie.

Without skimping on standards, the crew finished the 99-day shoot on June 12 and is now moving on to the post-production process.

The film’s producers, Swathi Reddy Gunupati and Suresh Varma M, spoke on the occasion and said that Ajay Bhupathi had once again shown his prowess as a director. He produced an entertaining commercial movie. The instantly popular trailer provides a peek of what Indian cinema’s up-and-coming feature is likely to be like. We are delighted with the reaction to the teaser. We completed the 99-day filming schedule while maintaining the highest levels of quality and substance for Mangalavaar.

The producers want a release throughout all of India and are working diligently to complete the post-production tasks. Ajaneesh Loknath of “Kantara” fame’s music is another significant addition to this undertaking.

“Our ‘Mangalavaaram’ is a village-based rare action-thriller set in 90’s backdrop,” said director Ajay Bhupati. It adheres to our Nativity by using unvarnished, rural imagery and feelings. There are 30 characters in the tale, and each one has a specific role to play in the overall plot of the movie. Ajaneesh Loknath of “Kantara” fame is composing the soundtrack for this movie, therefore the score will undoubtedly be a significant feature.

This initiative is supported by Swathi Reddy Gunupati and Suresh Varma M via Mudra Media Works and A Creative Works. Soon, the movie will also be available in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
