An old college festival video featuring Sai Pallavi dancing to Katrina Kaif’s Sheila Ki Jawani becomes viral

People on social media were stunned to see an old video of Sai Pallavi. Sai can be seen dancing to Katrina Kaif’s iconic song Sheila Ki Jawani from the movie Tees Maar Khan in the viral video. She can be seen mimicking Katrina’s dance steps from the hit song, lighting the stage on fire. The video is allegedly from Sai’s college festival.

Sharing the video of X’s (formerly Twitter) account, a social media user said, “#SaiPallavi in Sheela ki Jawani song at her College Fest.”

Regarding her career, Sai Pallavi will soon appear in Ramayana, directed by Nitesh Tiwari. She has been cast in the role of Sita, with Ranbir Kapoor appearing as Lord Ram. Prior to Sai, Alia Bhatt, the actress-wife of Ranbir, was in discussions to play Sita, but she withdrew from the role because to scheduling conflicts.

According to recent reports, Ranbir has requested fees of Rs 75 crore for the film, while Sai Pallavi is seeking Rs 6 crore for her role as Goddess Sita. As of right now, however, there has been no formal confirmation of this.

Ramayana filming began earlier this month, and Sai Pallavi is probably going to join the shoot shortly. For the same, a large Ayodhya-style set has been built in Mumbai.

In addition to Sai Pallavi and Ranbir Kapoor, KGF star Yash will feature in Ramayana. The actor will portray Ravana in the film, which he is also co-producing. However, it’s been rumored that Sunny Deol has been booked for the Hanuman part. According to reports, Bobby Deol and Vijay Sethupathi are also in negotiations to play Kumbhakarna and Vibhashana, respectively. In the film, Arun Govil, who is most known for portraying Ram in Ramanand Sagar’s Ramayana, would take on the role of King Dashrath. Lara Dutta, on the other hand, will be recognized as Kaikeyi.

It has been reported that the producers want to release Ramayana on Diwali 2025, an auspicious event. As of right now, however, there has been no formal confirmation of this.
