Grammy Award-winning singer Beyonce allegedly spent USD 7.5 million on jewelry for her private concert in Dubai, which is almost one-third of the USD 24 million pay that is said to have been paid to her for the invitation-only engagement.
The "Crazy in Love" singer, 41, gave a performance at an invitation-only event to commemorate the inauguration of the brand-new "Atlantis The Royal" hotel in the UAE city for the first time in almost five years. She earned a USD 24 million compensation check for the performance, according to TMZ and femalefirst.co.uk, respectively.
It is now estimated that her jewelry cost nearly one-third of her declared earnings. According to Page Six, Beyonce wore Lorraine Schwartz jewelry over various outfits, totaling around USD 7.5 million.
It included a 30-carat yellow diamond ring, many 100-carat or more diamond and green Colombian emerald fan earrings, and sizable diamond chandelier earrings.
She was dressed in one of her prior looks, a halo-style crown, crimson gloves, and another pair of diamond earrings by Schwartz.
The singer finally wore a pink mini-dress by Ukrainian designer Ivan Frolov for the performance, which was covered in crystals. She also wore matching stockings, gloves, and pyramid earrings that contained more than 60 carats of diamonds.
