Celebrating ten years of “Ram-Leela,” Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh said the movie “changed our lives forever”

Actors Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, a power couple, reminisced about how “Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela,” their masterpiece, affected their lives in several ways, on the film’s tenth anniversary of its release.

The fact that Ranveer and Deepika first connected on the sets and later began dating is the reason the film has significant meaning for the performers.

In a talk program, Ranveer also said that Deepika’s visit to director Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s home for narration was a case of love at first sight.

Next, Ranveer asked Deepika to marry him in 2015.

The two actors posted pictures from the 2013 movie’s set, which is based on William Shakespeare’s tragedy Romeo and Juliet, on Instagram.

Ram-Leela tells the story of the star-crossed passion between the two titular lovers, who come from competing criminal families and fall in love but are forced apart by their families’ centuries-long hatred.

“10 years of Ram Leela – the one that changed our lives forever in more than one ways” was the caption on the photos.

In addition to Supriya Pathak, Richa Chadda, Sharad Kelkar, Gulshan Devaiah, Barkha Bisht Sengupta, and Abhimanyu Singh, “Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela,” is directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

After that, Ranveer, Deepika, and Bhansali collaborated on successful films including “Padmaavat” and “Bajirao Mastani.”
