Day 16 Box Office Collection for Dunki: Following Shah Rukh Khan’s Movie
New Delhi: Dunki, starring Shah Rukh Khan, has made over ₹ 200 crore at the box office in its 15-day run. According to Sacnilk, the love comedy brought in ₹ 2.20 crore on day 16 across all languages. At the domestic box office, SRK and filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani’s first collaboration has made ₹ 208.67 crore so far. The worldwide audience has also shown Dunki a lot of love and gratitude.
The movie has earned ₹ 422.90 crore globally, according to a post made on Red Chillies Entertainment’s official Instagram account. “These are fireworks of your love, making noise at the Box Office!” Red Chillies Entertainment captioned the image. Saibal Chatterjee, the film critic, gave Dunki 3.5 stars and wrote, “Dunki is buoyed by an array of flawless performances, with the lead actor and Taapsee Pannu, playing a woman who is far more than just the hero’s romantic interest, leading the way through the ups and downs – more of the latter really – triggered by the characters’ repeated leaps of faith across unknown terrains and into an equally alien land.” A surprising love tale is the central theme of the narrative. But it doesn’t have to work too hard to do this. It creates an emotionally compelling story with a good number of twists that don’t push the boundaries of plausibility. It does this by striking a lovely balance between heart, mind, and soul.
On December 21, Dunki was released. The movie also starred Taapsee Pannu, Boman Irani, and Vicky Kaushal in addition to Shah Rukh Khan.
