However, Nishit Gupta, director of luxury brand Kalki, has provided a series of dos and don’ts that may elevate the appearance while wearing these stunning clothes.

“It’s important to find a balance between tradition and modernity when it comes to wearing Indian clothing,” Gupta told IANS.

Adding accessories is a key component in enhancing the appearance.

“That’s the place where you learn how to accessorize bright ethnic styles with modern jewellery or handbags,” Gupta said.

It’s crucial to dress for the event and avoid over-accessorizing.

But in order to glam up a certain event, one must also understand when to forgo overaccessorizing and go for a minimalist style.
