Examining “Metro In Dino”: Anurag Basu, director, and Ali Fazal and Fatima Sana Shaikh’s BTS photo

May 14, Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India]: Director Anurag Basu’s film “Metro In Dino” has actors Fatima Sana Shaikh and Ali Fazal sharing screen time.

A photo of Ali and Fatima taken on the movie sets went viral online on Tuesday. The two are seen posing with Basu in the picture.

According to a person with knowledge of the movie, Ali and Fatima get along well both on and off the set.

“This is the first time Ali and Fatima are matched together. Their bond is quite strong, both on and off-set. The insider said, “They have completed two schedules together and will be filming for another schedule in Mumbai soon.”

In addition to Aditya Roy Kapur, Sara Ali Khan, Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Pankaj Tripathi, and Konkona Sen Sharma in key parts, the anthology film is directed by Anurag Basu. The movie was originally scheduled to open in theaters on March 29 of this year. Now, on November 29, it will be released in theaters.

The film “Metro…In Dino,” which reportedly takes its name from the well-known song “In Dino” from “Life in a Metro,” will present poignant stories of modern-day human interactions.

Basu has previously shared further information on the movie, saying, “Metro In Dino is a story of the people and for the people! It has been a long time since I worked on this project, so I’m happy to be working with Bhushan Kumar once more—a powerhouse who has always supported me greatly.”

“The plot is incredibly new and current, and I’m excited to work with incredible artists that will bring that spirit of the modern atmosphere with them. I couldn’t be happier to be working with my great buddy Pritam, whose work has actually given the characters and plot more life since music plays a huge part in any movie,” he said.

Films such as “Barfi,” “Life in a Metro,” “Ludo,” and “Jagga Jasoos” are well-known thanks to Basu.
