In the deepfake video, Katrina speaks French while talking about Bina’s “amazing book.” The caption made it clear that Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan, who have been friends since their movie “Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya,” attended the book launch of Bina Kak’s Silent Sentinels of Ranthambhore.

It said that the original speech was left intact and that the French voiceover was produced by AI.
Comments on the video began to come in from all directions as soon as it became viral. “God, the deepfakes are getting scarryyyyyyyy,” commented one admirer, while another said, “AI (Artificial intelligence) at its best.” “I almost fell for this edited video,” another person said in a comment.

Some Instagram users really thought the manipulated video was real, even after the notice. One admirer said that Katrina is the best actor ever, praising her skill. The actor co-starred with Vijay Sethupathi in the highly regarded multilingual noir film “Merry Christmas” (2024) in both Hindi and Tamil.
