From “Kottukaali” to “Kalki AD 2898,” Anna Ben discusses her experiences working on these two very different kinds of movies!

With the release of “Kottukaali,” a Tamil film, on March 1, actress Anna Ben will be making her debut in the language. ‘Koozhangal’s’ PS Vinothraj directed the film, which screened at the 74th Berlin International Film Festival and won numerous awards.

The film’s star, Anna Ben, discussed the differences in her experiences from working on “Kottukaali” and “Kalki AD 2898” in a recent interview with film critic Bharadwaj Rangan.

Speaking about the differences between the two film shooting experiences, Anna Ben, who also has a significant role in the Prabhas movie, said that both films are at the extreme end and that it was beautiful. Speaking in-depth about her part in “Kalki AD 2898,” she said that it was insane because she had stunt sequences, adding that she had an incredible experience overall. The actress added that although there were only 50 people on the sets of “Kottukali,” there were at least 50 in each scene sequence during the filming of “Kalki AD 2898.”

Anna Ben added that details about her part in the Prabhas movie are still being kept under wraps and will be revealed only when it is officially released. “Kalki AD 2898,” a mythological science fiction film directed by Nag Aswhin, stars Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patani in the key roles. On May 9, the film—which is available in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and English—will be released in theaters. The film is set in a post-apocalyptic world in 2898 AD, and fans are excited to see the teaser and trailer.
