Deepika Padukone, an actress, has joined Rohit Shetty’s police world. Alongside her husband, actor Ranveer Singh, and Ajay Devgn, she will appear in “Singham Again.” In the action drama, Deepika debuted her first image as officer Shakti Shetty today. For the uninitiated, the actress offered a peek of her walk as Lady Singham during the song premiere of “Current Laga Re” from “Cirkus.”

Deepika uploaded two images of herself clutching a pistol and wearing the police outfit she wore in “Singham Again” on Sunday. “Introducing… Shakti Shetty!” was the caption she gave the images. Singham Once More.

The ‘Pathaan’ actress was spotted giggling while holding a gun in a man’s mouth and clutching his hair with another hand. A flaming building, a police vehicle, and dead people loomed in the background. In a different image, Deepika smiled while holding the pistol near to her face.

Numerous celebrities weighed in on Deepika’s appearance, but Ranveer’s remark got our attention. He said, “Aag laga degi,” and added many fire emojis. Alia Bhatt also used a lot of fire emojis, while Janhvi Kapoor used a head and a fire.

Deepika is the first female police officer in the copverse created by Rohit Shetty. According to an earlier report by Bollywood Hungama, her “character is more along the lines of a Lady Singham and has the arc of being Ajay Devgn’s sister in the film.”

Deepika will co-star with Hrithik Roshan in ‘Fighter’ in addition to ‘Singham Again’. ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ is another project she has with Prabhas.
