Jeremy Renner Considers His Road to Recovery Following a Snowplow Mishap

Actor Jeremy Renner sent a heartfelt letter on Instagram after his January 1 snowplow accident that changed his life. He went into depth about the many procedures and therapies he has had to endure in order to continue recovering.

“I have been exploring EVERY type of therapy since January 14th…every day,” Renner said in her Instagram description. A never-ending series of procedures such as peptide injections, IV infusions and pushes, red light and infrared treatment, cold plunges, stem cells, and many hours of physical therapy

He underlined that his unwavering will to keep working toward his recovery and his own thoughts have been his most powerful forms of treatment. Jeremy said that he feels it is his responsibility to succeed after the tragedy, to make the most of his second opportunity at life, and to repay his family, friends, and all those who have helped him along the difficult path.

Following a snowplow accident, Renner’s reps confirmed to People in January that he was “in critical but stable condition.” He sustained an injury while shovelling snow, but his family was there to support him and make sure he got the best treatment possible.

The actor said in October that he would be releasing a series of songs that will document the many turning points in his recuperation. At the end of the previous month, he also made time for a little Halloween fun, dressing up as a huge sloth. Ava Berlin, his 10-year-old daughter, was featured in an Instagram video where Renner made fun of himself by calling himself “D-D-D-DJ Sloth.” He and his ex-wife, Sonni Pacheco, are parents to Ava.
