Nora Fatehi claims in court that Jacqueline Fernandez defamed her by calling her a “gold digger” and “damaged my career”

In connection with the Rs 200 crore money laundering case involving conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar, actress Nora Fatehi was seen in Delhi’s Patiala House Court on Monday, July 31. She entered the court wearing a black dress. When Nora arrived to court, a video of her entry went viral. According to the most recent news, Nora has taped her testimony before Metropolitan Magistrate Kapil Gupta in a defamation lawsuit she brought against actress Jacqueline Fernandez and other media outlets.

In her declaration to the court, Fatehi stated: “This defamation case has been filed against Jacqueline Fernandez and the various other channels and publications who have ruined my reputation in the public eye through false narratives.”

She said that they had labeled her a “gold digger” and implied that she was seeing Sukesh Chandrasekhar.

The actress from “O Saki Saki” fame said that it had cost her “a loss of financial gain and reputation.” She claims that the current ED case against Sukesh, who was suspected of defrauding a sum of Rs 200 crore, is the reason she filed the lawsuit and that neither she nor she knows anything about it.

Because I am an outsider and alone in this country, I have been used as a scapegoat in this case in the media to protect certain people’s reputations, claimed Nora in court. She also requested compensation for the harm done to her “career and reputation,” which she had “relentlessly built over the last 8 years.”
