On Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan Doing Well Without PR, Varun Dhawan says: That’s True Love

Varun Dhawan, a Bollywood actor, praised Shah Rukh Khan for pioneering new methods of PR and marketing for the movie Pathaan. The celebrity succeeded in drawing crowds to cinemas without much marketing in a field where creating a movie’s image and perception is seen as an essential component of a project. Varun Dhawan recently acknowledged Shah Rukh Khan for bringing about the change and praised the support the latter enjoys from his devoted fan base. Varun, who is now preoccupied with the Bawaal promotional campaign, emphasized how the Pathaan lead decided from attending any events to promote the movie but still managed to draw large crowds.

“A nice trend started with the recent release of Pathaan, when Shah Rukh sir was seen remaining seated as crowds continued to gather in droves to support him and his love. Varun Dhawan said to Pinkvilla, “You know that’s genuine. According to reports, the actor finds it admirable but difficult to succeed in a society where individuals want to boast about their fan bases. That’s some genuine, enduring affection for the movie and the actor, and he said, “I think it’s very difficult to go back to that because we live in a world where we want to show people our followers and our following.”

Varun said that filming Bawaal was a wonderful experience for him since the actors did not have to engage in a strenuous advertising campaign during the same exchange. The movie’s main character indicated that director Nitesh Tiwari intentionally chose not to promote the film, highlighting the fact that it is not his style. Varun remarked, “To present any phony impression goes against the essence of the movie. According to reports, the actor is pleased with how the movie has been received and expects that positive buzz will surround it in the future.

Along with Varun, Janhvi Kapoor plays the key character in the love story of a troubled married couple. On July 21, Bawaal made its OTT platform debut on Amazon Prime Video. Following Bawaal, Varun will star with Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the Indian prequel to Citadel, marking his web series debut. Additionally, a sequel to his horror comedy Bhediya has just been announced. Ulajh, Devara, and Mr. & Mrs. Mahi are the projects that Janhvi Kapoor is currently developing.
