The actress was distraught when her father passed away three years ago. She sent a long, heartfelt letter on social media today, the anniversary of his death, expressing her feelings.

The actress said in the message that she is still grieving his loss. Her father was her inspiration, her idol, and the most attractive guy she had ever met. Gauahar Khan emphasized how her son Zehaan inherited her father’s charm and personality. Photographs of Gauahar Khan and her husband, Zaid Darbar, with her father from both her childhood and wedding were compiled into the film.
Gauahar Khan sent a lengthy message after showing her father a collection of pictures and reminiscing about the memorable times they had. In the note, she said, “I don’t know what to write… as I try to hold back my tears as my throat feels the same old pain as I do so.” I haven’t seen my papa in three years, but the pain is still there.
