Remembering Satish Kaushik, Darshan Kumaar says, “He was like a father to me”

Darshan Kumaar, an actor, is now occupied with marketing “Kaagaz 2,” his forthcoming courtroom drama film.
The film, which is scheduled to open in theaters on March 1, has Anupam Kher, Darshan Kumaar, Neena Gupta, and the late actor Satish Kaushik in the key roles.
The actor recently recalled Satish Kaushik and stated that he was like a father to him in an interview with ANI.

Kumaar said, “Satish Sir and I had a very long friendship; it started when he cast me in his film during my school years. He went to Delhi to try out for the film “Tere Naam.” Having seen my audition, he decided to cast me. It didn’t work out that we tried working on many projects after that, so he phoned me for ‘Kaagaz 2’. He was like a father to me; he would call me at one in the morning if my movie did well or if he thought well of my work. In every way, he was the greatest. I will carry with me throughout my life all that he taught me and the advice he provided.”

‘Kaagaz 2’s’ official trailer was just released, and fans responded well to it.
In the teaser, Satish’s character is seen battling for the prohibition of political gatherings and demanding recompense for his deceased daughter.
Anant Desai plays a strong politician in the film whose political rally resulted in Satish’s daughter’s death.

In the movie, Anupam Kher plays Satish’s advocate. Throughout the court battle, he encounters potentially fatal situations.
The video emphasizes the struggles faced by the average person whose right to life is infringed upon by demonstrations and gatherings.
