New Delhi. The Supreme Court reserved its verdict on the petition of actress Riya Chakraborty , requesting transfer of Mumbai FIR lodged in Patna in the case of Sushant Singh Rajput's death . Now on Thursday, the court will make it clear who will investigate the case of Sushant Singh Rajput. The bench of Justice Hrishikesh Roy was hearing in the court. Senior advocate Maninder Singh from the Bihar government, AM Singhvi from the Maharashtra government, Shyam Divan Riya and Vikas Singh Sushant Singh's family.

There was a fierce debate between the lawyers of both sides in the court. The Bihar government's lawyer said that no one knew who brought the body of Sushant Singh Rajput from the wings, so from the very first day it was decided that Sushant was a suicide victim. No FIR was lodged in the case of Sushant Singh Rajput's death in Mumbai. Sushant's lawyer said that I have the right to complain. I have clearly written in my complaint that we are not satisfied with the way the Mumbai Police is investigating Sushant Singh Rajput. The lawyer argued in his case how the Mumbai Police dealt with the Bihar officer. The officer who went to investigate was quarantined by BMC. 

Actress Riya Chakravati told the Supreme Court on Tuesday that the FIR lodged against her son's suicide by the father of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput had no connection with any crime in Patna. On behalf of Riya, senior advocate Shyam Dewan said before a single bench of Justice Hrishikesh Roy that it seems that the state has a lot of interference and influence in the matter. Therefore, there is a possibility of insurrection. He referred to the sequence of events in this case and said that there has been a delay of more than 38 days in lodging an FIR in Patna.

He referred to the FIR lodged by Rajput's father in Patna and said that all the allegations made in the complaint belong to Mumbai. Diwan said that so far Mumbai Police has recorded statements of 58 persons in this case and much progress has been made in the investigation of the case. Riya Chakraborty has filed a petition in the Supreme Court requesting the transfer of the FIR lodged at Patna's Rajiv Nagar police station to Mumbai. Sushant Singh's father in his FIR has made serious allegations against six persons including Riya Chakraborty and his family members including forcing actor son to commit suicide. Hearing is still going on in this case.

On August 5, the court remarked during the hearing on Riya's plea that actor Sushant Singh Rajput was a talented promising artiste and the reasons for his death must be revealed. The court said in its order, "An unfortunate incident occurred in which a talented artist died in such circumstances which is unnatural." Now there is a need to investigate the circumstances in which this death took place. "The Center had also informed the court that" the authorities have in principle decided to accept the request of the Bihar Police to conduct a CBI inquiry into the matter. "

After considering all the facts, the apex court had directed the concerned parties in this case - Krishna Kishore Singh, father of Rajput, Government of Bihar, Government of Maharashtra to bring their views on Riya Chakraborty's record in three days. Apart from this, the Mumbai Police was also instructed to make the court aware of the progress of the investigation so far. Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput (34) was found dead in his house in Bandra, a Mumbai suburb on 14 June.
