‘Sanam Teri Kasam’s’ box office disaster has led to Sharmardhan Rane to disclose that a sequel is not planned

With the debut of his movie “Dange” approaching, actor Harshvardhan Rane recently spoke about his disappointing performance in the highly anticipated movie “Sanam Teri Kasam.”

According to the endearing actor, a sequel is not yet planned. In an interview with India Today, he said that the reason a sequel was never produced was because the original film’s ticket sales were unsuccessful.

Rane said, “All I could tell them was that, because they didn’t buy the tickets and watch the film in theaters, that’s why part 2 never got made,” when asked whether the crowd was hoping for a sequel.

Additionally, Harshvardhan Rane said that he had written the same thing on the flyers he had distributed as part of the “Dange” marketing. The actor made it clear that they won’t be pushed to produce movies unless people decide to see them in theaters.
In 2016, “Sanam Teri Kasam” was made available. The main actors in the Vinay Sapru and Radhika Rao-directed movie were Mawra Hocane and Harshvardhan Rane. The movie’s songs were well-liked by the crowd, but it didn’t do well at the box office.

“Dange” is slated for release on March 1st in the meantime. Bejoy Nambiar is the director of the film, which stars Harshvardhan Rane, Nikita Dutta, Ehan Bhat, and TJ Bhanu in the key parts.
