Sara Ali Khan said on getting less screen time in films - 'It is not your choice that you compare like this'
Mumbai: Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan is in a lot of discussion these days about her film 'Coolie No.1'. The film stars Varun Dhawan Sara. Recently the trailer of 'Coolie No. 1' was released, after which Sara and Varun got busy promoting the film. Recently, Sara broke the silence to get less screen time in Rohit Shetty's film Simba and now with Varun Dhawan in 'Coolie No.1'.
Sara said in an interview that she does not compare herself to her co-actors. In an interview to a newschannel, the 'Kedarnath' fame actress said- 'When you are working with people like Ranveer and Varun, you do not have the right to do such a comparison. You can only be thankful to work with Rohit and David Sir, Varun or Ranveer. You don't even want to do this kind of comparison. '
Continuing her talk, Sara said- 'Screen time does not matter so much because these people teach and inspire you a lot. You are telling a good story, entertaining people. So who told which joke? I don't want to get into this fight. '
Talking about 'Simba', Sara said- I consider 'Simba' as much as Ranveer Singh's film. I don't think this is about the comparison of Women's Verses Men. It is a collective experience and energy that will only improve the film. My goal is just that. It will not be good if I start competing with Ranveer or Varun.
Talking about the film Coolie No.1, this film of Varun-Sara is being released on 25 December. It is a remake of the movie Govinda and Karisma Starr released in 1995. Apart from Sara Varun, there are many stars including Paresh Rawal, Javed Jaffrey, Rajpal Yadav.
