Second half will be dominated by the South, from “Kalki 2898 AD” to “Pushpa: The Rule” and “Vettaiyan.”

Mumbai, 10 May With only a few movies like “Shaitaan,” “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya,” “Laapataa Ladies,” “Article 370,” and “Crew,” among others, leaving a lasting impression, the first half of 2024 is almost over. With the release of movies like Pushpa: The Rule, Kalki 2898 AD, and Vettaiyan, the second half of the year seems more promising.

In the next few months, actors Prabhas, Kamal Haasan, Allu Arjun, Dhanush, and Dulquer Salmaan are all expected to wow viewers with their acting skills.

Here is a preview of the next movies:

“Kalki, 2898 AD”

The sci-fi epic “Kalki 2898 AD,” which takes place in a post-apocalyptic world, will be released on June 27. Prabhas, Kamal Haasan, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patani feature in the Hindu mythology-inspired movie.

According to reports, the movie would have dubbed versions available in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and English, in addition to Telugu and Hindi.

“Lucky Baskhar”:

The movie, which is helmed by Venky Atluri and stars actor Dulquer Salmaan, is apparently coming out in July. In the main part, Dulquer is paired with Meenakshi Chaudhary. The movie will be released in dubbed versions in Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi, in addition to Telugu.

“Pushpa: The Law”:

August 15 is the scheduled release date for Sukumar’s action drama, starring Allu Arjun. ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ actors Fahadh Faasil, Rashmika Mandanna, Dhananjay, Rao Ramesh, Sunil, and Anasuya Bharadwaj will be seen in the second installment.

“The All-Time Greatest”:

The forthcoming Indian Tamil science fiction action film, which is helmed by Venkat Prabhu and is scheduled for release on September 5, would be Vijay’s 68th film as the main actor. Prabhudeva, Prashanth, and Sneha are among the ensemble cast members of “The Greatest of All Time.” The movie is reportedly going to be released with Telugu and Hindi dubbing in addition to the original Tamil version.

“Vettaiyan”:

October will see the release of superstar Rajinikanth’s forthcoming movie “Vettaiyan” in cinemas. Megastars Amitabh Bachchan, Ritika Singh, Manju Warrier, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, and Dushara Vijayan are also featured. Based on a real-life tale, the movie is reportedly hard-hitting action entertainment in which Rajinikanth plays a Muslim police officer. Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada will all be released.

“Devara: First Chapter”:

The movie, which stars Jr. NTR, is slated for release on October 5. Nevertheless, according to a number of sources, Koratala Siva’s action drama may be released a week or two ahead of schedule.

“Kubera”:

According to reports, Dhanush’s 51st movie, which also stars Nagarjuna, is a social drama that takes place in the Mumbai slum of Dharavi. The movie, which also stars Jim Sarbh and Sundeep Kishan, is being filmed in Telugu, Hindi, and Tamil at the same time. The movie is reportedly set for release in December.

“Chapter 1 of Kantara”:

There is no official release date set for the mysterious prequel to the 2022 smash “Kantara,” which provided a glimpse into the tribal community’s way of life and the Bhoota Kola ritual. There are rumors, however, that it will launch in December.
