India's biggest cinema screen is going to be built in Hyderabad soon. Prasad Multiplex, a famous movie house in the city, will soon get a mega projection screen of 64 feet in height and 101.6 feet in width. Surely it will be the biggest screen in India and the tallest in the world. The screen, manufactured by Canada-based projection screen company StrongMDI, has been specially designed for the Prasad multiplex. It houses speakers designed by QSC Audio Products. Features also include a Dolby CP950 sound processor and high-end digital projection. The new screen will be operational from 25 November.
Will get these facilities
The screen is developed by StrongMDI, a 3D/2D projection screen manufacturer. All the speakers for the screen are from QSC Audio Products and for playback, the Dolby CP950 sound processor will be used. The mega screen installation has already started and the first premiere will be Avatar: The Way of Water, which is set to release on 16 December.
fans are very excited
There is a lot of enthusiasm among film lovers about this multiplex. A user commented, "Your efforts to bring a world-class experience are really appreciated. I hope all the hard work you have been doing for the last few months pays off in every film starting from Avatar 2." Can't wait to meet you...best wishes and can't wait." Another user wrote, "Excited to watch Avatar on the big screen, but for this film, I will come to Hyderabad and I will watch it on the biggest screen only." Please tell that Prasad Multiplex was also the first theater with IMAX big screen in the city. It stopped screening films in the IMAX format, as most filmmakers and theaters moved to digital distribution.
