The trailer for Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire is out, and the Spenglers are out to save the world!

It’s time to celebrate the Spengler family’s homecoming. Director Gil Kenan created Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, the follow-up to the 2021 paranormal comedy Ghostbusters: Afterlife. The next film, which stars Paul Rudd, Carrie Coon, Mckenna Grace, and Finn Wolfhard from Stranger Things, is scheduled for theater release on March 22. The first Ghostbusters movie was released in 1984. Under the title Ghostbusters, Ivan Reitman directed the film. The film series garnered a devoted fan base over time. Now that the teaser for Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire is out, moviegoers are eager to see the movie.

The Spengler family’s younger generation is shown in the teaser pursuing a career in the paranormal. Together with Bill Murray, Ernie Hudson, Dan Aykroyd, and Annie Potts, they comprise the original Ghostbusters crew. These veterans established an elite covert laboratory research facility to investigate ghosts and develop them using scientific techniques. But when an evil power is unleashed by the discovery of a ball-shaped artifact, both new and old Ghostbusters gather under one roof to collaborate and rescue the planet from an impending threat – the second Ice Age.

The video opens with an auctioneer declaring that they would be paying “top dollar” for people’s “possessed possessions,” and paranormal activity occurring in New York City. A bidder enters with an item fashioned like a golden ball and offers sixty bucks for it. However, as soon as you remove the antique piece from the box, books begin to fall and the sky becomes cloudy, signaling the beginning of a frightening ghost onslaught. As the number of assaults increases, the Spengler family decides to stop the world from ending. They turn to the seasoned Ghostbusters who have dealt with similar circumstances in the past for assistance.

Cute spirits who want no harm on anybody exist in addition to the frightening ones. As the city’s temperature drops sharply and a chilly environment is created by the terrifying assaults, a Ghostbuster remarks, “We could be looking at a full-bore army of ghosts with the power to kill by fear itself.” The impressive sights and gloomy scenes, together with the many battle scenes involving the spirits, make for an exciting viewing.

Along with Kumail Nanjiani, Patton Oswalt, Celeste O’Connor, Dan Aykroyd, and Ernie Hudson, Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire also stars these actors.
