This is what we currently know.
Next year, the spin-off series will run on Adult Swim and Max. Summer, Rick’s granddaughter, appears in the one-minute teaser with them as they look to be traveling across space aboard their spacecraft.

Rick and Morty: The Anime director Takashi Sano previously spoke about the pressure he faces to uphold the reputation of the original series and the efforts he made to film the ten-episode spin-off.

Sano’s goal is to provide a distinct Japanese touch to the world of Rick and Morty by distilling his favorite elements to encapsulate the spirit of the well-known Adult Swim series. Following the enormous success of five anime shorts that Adult Swim commissioned and broadcast between 2020 and 2021, a spin-off series has been developed.

Similar characters like Rick, Beth, Space Beth, Jerry, and Summer are crucial to the plot of the program. A new female character who will appear with Morty is also included.

Keisuke Chiba as Morty Smith, Manabu Muraji as Jerry Smith, Akiha Matsui as Summer Smith, Jun Irie as Beth Smith, and Yōhei Tadano as Rick Sanchez make up the cast.

Opinions on Rick and Morty: The Anime differ.
Many fans were not happy with the animation, even if others were thrilled about the new spin-off series. Former Twitter user One X said, “Looks amazing and horrible at the same time, can’t wait.” “So it’s a worse version of the original, in Japanese,” said a different user. Another said, “I’ll check it out, but the animation looks terrible.”
