Tom Selleck has explained his decision to write his newest autobiography by hand

May 10, Los Angeles Tom Selleck, a Hollywood actor, has said that he chose to write his biography “You Never Know” by hand because he “can’t think in front of a keyboard.”

Selleck said to Town and Country magazine, “I’ve always written that way, and it’s the only way I know how to write.” Selleck portrayed private detective Thomas Magnum in the popular TV series “Magnum, P.I.” I am not able to think when using a keyboard.

“It’s like I drive ’em nuts on ‘Blue Bloods,'” he said, “because I said, ‘No, you have to send me scripts.” I must see the document. It’s better for me nonetheless since I don’t really register stuff when I browse.”

Selleck has never been transparent about his personal life, but he believes he has been truthful in his new biography, according to femalefirst.co.uk.

When asked about his unconventional writing process for the book, Selleck said, “It made it more personal.” Admittedly, I’m a somewhat private person, but I was aware that I would have to provide some personal information if I wrote a book. After that, it was merely a matter of attending several gatherings and gauging my level of sharing willingness.

He went on, “It was definitely a lot more than I had previously done, and I knew when to draw the line when I might be exploiting something instead of just sharing a personal narrative, especially with other people.”

‘Oh sure, that’s alright,’ they aren’t in the room, which is why. Write a piece on it. They are greatly impacted by it, and I knew that.”
