‘We Made This Film With A Sense Of Pride,’ Pallavi Joshi Says About ‘The Vaccine War’

Pallavi Joshi, a three-time National Award winner who will next be seen as a scientist in “The Vaccine War,” said that everyone on the production crew felt a feeling of pride while they worked on the movie.

Pallavi Joshi, an actress, is renowned for giving whatever character she portrays on film dimension. Now, the actress will appear in “The Vaccine War,” for which she also serves as producer. On Tuesday, the movie’s trailer was shown in Mumbai, where she discussed her experiences making the movie and working with her husband Vivek Agnihotri, who is also the director.

Vivek is usually a terrific director, according to Pallavi. Working with him was as lovely an experience as ever. He is always enjoyable to work with, and this was our third picture together.

“This movie is incredibly remarkable. A group of scientists under the direction of Dr. Bhargava collaborated day and night as a team to achieve the seemingly impossible. They made their own vaccination for us. All of us felt a feeling of pride as we were filming this movie. Each performer aimed to accurately portray their roles.

“Vivek and our study team spoke with the scientists, who gave their whole attention to the project. This movie would not have been made if not for their commitment. This movie focuses on Indian feminism; in the west, feminism is seen through quite different eyes. It extols the virtues of our middle-class women, who take excellent care of their homes, in-laws, children, and careers. Therefore, I can claim that it is a movie designed for them.

The Vaccine War is a medical suspense thriller that was produced and directed by Pallavi Joshi. The creation of Covaxin during the Covid-19 epidemic in India is based on a genuine event. The cast of the movie includes Mohan Kapur, Nivedita Bhattacharya, Raima Sen, Anupam Kher, and Nana Patekar. The movie is slated for a September 28, 2023, theatrical debut.
